Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days before they are shipped. Processing times may vary during holidays, promotional events, or periods of increased demand.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

For customers within the United States:

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days after processing
  • Shipping options and costs are calculated during checkout based on your location and order details.
  • Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Please note that delivery estimates are provided by shipping carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by weather, holidays, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances outside of Mostly Mugs’ control may occur.

International Shipping

Mostly Mugs proudly ships to customers around the world.

For international customers:

  • Shipping rates are calculated during checkout based on destination, package size, and available shipping services.
  • Tracking information will be provided when available.

International delivery times may vary due to customs processing, local postal services, holidays, weather conditions, or other delays outside of our control.

Customs, Duties, and Import Fees

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, duties, tariffs, or other charges imposed by their country’s customs authorities.

These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid by the customer when required.

Order Tracking

After your order ships, you will receive tracking information so you can follow your package’s progress.

Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after your package has been accepted by the shipping carrier.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Please carefully review your address before submitting your order. Mostly Mugs is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

We take great care to ensure your order is packaged properly before shipment. However, once an order leaves our facility, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us promptly with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can review the issue and assist you.

If tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, and your local delivery provider before contacting us. We will work with you to determine the best possible resolution.

Holidays and Peak Seasons

During major holidays, special events, and peak shopping periods, processing and shipping times may take longer due to increased order volume and carrier demand. We appreciate your patience during these times.
